Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you have received a damaged or defective item please contacts us at: hello@skiniri.co.uk, with a photo and your order number, where we will arrange a replacement.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will advise how to arrange an exchange.

Return postage

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50.00 (GBP) we advise that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
